Delivery:

On Confirmation of the Payment Order will be dispatched within 0-1 working days.

We use India Post, DTDC, Blue dart couriers to deliver.

Orders are generally delivered within 3-7 working days.

Remote location/hill location order may take an additional 3-4 days.

Refund:

Refund request may be raised through Returns Portal or email to cs@rchobbyshop.in or a phone call to +91-9555219854 within 24 hours of the Order Delivery. Refunds will be processed from our end within 2 working days of receiving the items returned but may take longer to reflect in Credit Cards as per Bank norms. Batteries/ Printed Circuit Boards/Development boards are NOT refundable. No exchange is allowed on Batteries/ Printed Circuit Boards/Development boards.

Courier Charges for returning the item is to be borne by the Customer.
